Join Bre as she moves this free community class through a series of simple, posture correcting movements. Participants will learn movements to combat the aches and pains of daily life. No equipment, special clothes or yoga mats needed. This class is designed to be beneficial for all fitness levels, while being especially geared towards desk workers and people who are too overworked and exhausted to "work out." Bre has 9 years of experience as a massage therapist.
